The winner of Our World in Words and Pictures Cover Art contest is Christine McMullen! 

Christine’s artwork best exemplifies the spirit of the project and its colorful design provides the perfect entry to all the stories inside. Congratulations Christine!

Over 100 talented teens submitted either their stories or artwork for the cover of the book.  All the stories submitted will be included in the published book as well as the top ten cover art entries.  Get Graphic: The World in Words and Pictures will be available in all libraries and for sale in the Central Library Novel Ideas store on May 18^th.

Thanks to all the students and teachers who contributed to this project. We hope you had fun and will continue to explore the wonderful world of graphic novels.

For the students and teachers who participated in creating the Get Graphic book, we will be holding a private reception on May 16th. Please save the date - invitations for the reception will be sent out soon.
